One of our premier partners is actively searching for a locums Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to assist their team at one of their locations in Far Rockaway, New York. We have placed multiple providers with this client over the last year and the providers have loved their assignments. The clinic is conveniently located near the beaches and easy access from Queens. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a Value Based Care setting!
Details/Requirements:
--Must have recent Primary Care experience
--Experience in a value based care setting is a plus
--Monday-Friday schedule
--15 patients per day on average
--Coverage needed March ongoing
--Can credential in 30 days
