A home health/chronic care facility is seeking an internal medicine nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Pennsylvania.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one day of telehealth offered. The patient volume is low, at 4-6 patients per day. The provider will conduct health assessments on homebound patients with polychronic issues.
