Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – St. Louis, MO
COMPENSATION: Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

18 patients a day
-
Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Administrative time included in schedule

No nights or weekends

100% outpatient

Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/

Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

QUALIIFICATIONS
-
Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
-
Primary care outpatient experience 2+ years
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
-
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
-
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
-
Active unencumbered Ohio Internal Medicine state license
-
Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
-
One year of work experience as Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
-
One year of EMR experience
-
Board Certified

Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.

Participates in relevant continuing education programs.

Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.

Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
