Neurocritical Care NP/PA Locums Job in North Carolina
A facility in North Carolina is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locums coverage for their Neuroscience ICU service. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience and an active NC license.
Dates needed (7am-7pm):
--July 1-7
--July 7-13
--August 5-11
--August 25-31
Details/Requirements:
--Inpatient responsibilities only
--Must have the ability to perform ICU level care
--Will respond to codes
--No ER backup
--No Call
--Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
--Average total inpatient Census: 20
--Average # of patients/day/provider: 4
--Average # of admissions/day: 2
--Procedures: Arterial Lines, Central Lines, Lumbar Punctures, Vent Management
