Job Description
(Login for Information) is seeking a dedicated and experienced physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join our hospital medicine (HM) team at Barnes Jewish St. Peters Hospital. This is a full-time, mid-day, offering an excellent opportunity to join an established team of skilled physicians and advanced practice providers (APCs). We require a minimum of 2 years of inpatient or HM experience.

- Schedule: 11a-11p
- Facility: 113-bed community hospital
- EMR System: Epic
- Manage patient admissions from the emergency department (ED) and handle floor calls for already admitted patients
- Evaluate, assess, and develop treatment plans for patients in the hospital
- Provide collaborative care with physicians and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system
- Average of 7-10 admissions per shift
- Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $141,120 to $171,360 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.

- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient medicine (IM) or hospital medicine experience required
- Current certification and licensure as a PA or NP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Epic
