• Flexible, shift-based scheduling without daily in-house 12-hour shift requirements
• Admissions handled round-robin style until swing shift hospitalist arrives at 12pm 
• Closed ICU

• Welcome practicing or 2025 internal medicine (IM) and family medicine (FM) residents to apply
