Job Description
A health system in Southern Wisconsin, just one hour South of Madison, has a position open for a Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner.
Opportunity Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine eligibility and suitability for radiation therapy.
- Administer radiation therapy treatments, including external beam radiation, while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patients during radiation therapy sessions
- Educate patients and their families about the radiation therapy process

Requirements:
- Prior experience in oncology nursing, preferably in a radiation oncology setting
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy principles, techniques, and safety protocols
- Certified Family, Adult, or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
