Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Job in Michigan | Direct Hire
Details/Requirements:
--Board Certification/Board Eligibility & Michigan license required
--Five days/week, 7am-4pm
--Support staff includes MA or a RN
--Trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, myo block injections
--Average 25 patients per day; patients age from 18-99
--60 days to credential
