Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Full-time Locums Job in Metro Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a locums position at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves providing care to pediatric patients, ranging from age 0 to 18 years old, in a busy and supportive community health environment.

Job Details & Requirements:
--Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
--Patient Load: Average of 18-20 patients per day
--Supervision: Supervising physician in place
--Population: Pediatric patients (ages 0-18)
--Licensure:
--Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in Georgia
--National Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or similar organizations)
--Current CPR and BLS certification for healthcare providers
--Experience: Prior experience in a community health center is preferred but not required. A strong interest in community medicine will be considered in lieu of experience.
--Qualifications:
--Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
--Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail.
--Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, community health setting.
--Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
