Job Description
We are Interviewing for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in Boston?s leading community health center. For over 40 years this close-knit team has provided excellent health care and social services to one of the city?s most diverse communities.
About the position:?
- Full-time, 8, on-site primary care sessions
- Clinical sessions will include at least one evening session per week and on average one Saturday AM session per 6 weeks
- No inpatient hospital rounding.
- No call
- Responsible for direct patient care
- Manage the continuity of care of the patients?
- Patient-related administrative work to be complete
Who we are seeking:?
- Must be licensed to practice medicine within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Must be eligible for credentialing at Boston Medical Center
- Must be a graduate of an accredited?program for Advanced Practice Providers
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal and state narcotic registration
- Familiarity with Epic EMR; familiarity with or experience working in community health centers Experience working with underserved communities is desirable
- Preferred Languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole
