Job Description

Located in West Michigan, (Login for Information) is a non-profit summer school of the arts, providing two-week sessions for students in grades 5-12. Our Health Lodge serves a camp community of approximately 1,500 campers, staff, and faculty at any given time.
Our camp medical professionals hold daily office hours and 24/7 on-call support throughout the 12-day camp session. They evaluate campers and staff, supervise medical procedures, and prescribe medication and treatments. Our camp medical professional works closely with the camp nurse, director of health services, and college-aged staff to provide basic care on site or refer campers to outside medical care. Urgent and Emergency care facilities are located within 12 minutes of our campus.
Camp medical professionals are in residence for one twelve-day session. Sessions run from late June through late August. A stipend of $1,775 is provided per session, along with housing, meals, and an $800 camp scholarship for an immediate family member (grades 5 – 12).
