Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner | Full-Time Locums Job in Southern New Hampshire

Position Details:
--Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
--Contract: Initial 6-month assignment with strong potential for extension
--Setting: Outpatient care
--Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations and 30-minute medication checks
--Manage a manageable caseload of 10–14 patients per day
--Serve adult and geriatric patients with co-occurring disorders (SPMI + substance misuse)
--Call: Light, phone-only coverage
--Shared rotation: 2 Psychiatrists + 4 Nurse Practitioners
--Weekdays: 5 PM–8 AM
--Weekends/Holidays: 5 PM–Monday 8 AM or the morning after the holiday
--EMR: SmartCare
--Licensing: New Hampshire license and DEA required
