(Login for Information) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our behavioral health team in northcentral Wisconsin and offer services in Tomahawk, Wisconsin

OPPORTUNITY:

• Remote/Onsite hybrid position
• Full-time, No call
• No weekends/holidays
• Psychiatric medication management
• PMHNP certification required; PA candidates must obtain certification within 2 years of hire
• New grads will be considered for this position 
• Support from our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and APCs located throughout the (Login for Information) system
