Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant Locums Job in Colorado | 7-10 Days Per Month Call Coverage | April 2025 Start | Assignment #107534
Coverage Needs:
-- Coverage: 7-10 days per month Call coverage starting April 2025 through April 2026
-- Schedule: 24-Hour Call, 7:00am-7:00am
o Includes 1.5 hours of rounding in morning, and 1.5 hours of rounding in afternoon
Assignment Details/Requirements:
-- Reason for Coverage: need for more staffing
-- Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
-- Willing to license
-- Required Procedures:
o Full spectrum Cardiothoracic surgery
o E&M codes
-- Support Staff/Team Structure: Mas, RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs
-- Volume: 7-10 calls per day, 7-10 calls per night, 10-13 patients seen per shift
-- Population: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric
-- Requirements: BC, BLS
-- Facility Information
o Trauma Level: Level II
o Number of Beds: ~250 staffed beds
o ER: ~40,000 ER visits per year
