An acute care hospital is seeking a physician assistant for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Steubenville, OH.
A Surgical Physician Assistant with at least one year of surgical experience is needed to assist in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. Responsibilities include hospital rounding, surgical support, clinic assistance, and taking call. Required procedures include CABG and other cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. Preferred skills include chest tube removal, pulmonary artery catheter removal, epicardial wire removal, intra-aortic balloon pump removal, and vein and artery harvesting.
