* Active Arizona license and Board Certification required
* Inpatient, Admissions required
* Credentialing ASAP
* ACLS and BLS Certifications required
* Scheduled clinical hours only

* Support Staff: RN: 6-7, PA/NP: 1
* Facility Details: Trauma Level: 4 Facility, Beds in Department: 15, Patients per shift: 15
