Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant Locums Job in Colorado | Seeking Full-Time Call Coverage | April 2025 Start

Coverage Needs: 
-- Coverage: Full-time coverage starting January 2025 through May 2025
-- Schedule: 1:3 Call Monday-Friday, 1:3 Call for Weekends

Details/Requirements Assignment #107302:
-- Responsible for:
   o assisting in surgery
   o consulting patient on the floor
   o potentially consulting patients in the clinic
   o primary call from the nursing floors
   o NOT primary call from the ED or referring providers
-- Volume:
   o 2-3 surgeries per day
   o 5-6 inpatient service
   o 3-5 patients per day in clinic
   o 6 calls per day
   o 4 calls per night
-- Procedures:
   o Bread and butter CV surgery cases (CABG, MVR, AVR, etc.)
-- Population: Adult
-- Support Staff: RNs
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Requirements: BLS, ACLS
