Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Transplant Nurse Practitioner to join our prestigious medical team just north of Boston, MA.Highlights: This position will be based in an inpatient hospital setting. There may be opportunities to participate in outpatient clinics or transplant-related activities as needed. As an essential member of the transplant care team, the incumbent will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive and exceptional care to patients undergoing kidney andamp; liver transplant procedures and HPB surgeries. The Advanced Practitioner will collaborate closely with transplant surgeons, hepatologists, nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the successful management and treatment of patients throughout their inpatient stay. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year (preferably 3 years) of experience in transplantation, nephrology, surgery or a related field. Candidate will also have strong knowledge and or interest in the field of kidney transplant procedures, postoperative management, and immunosuppressive therapy.
