A facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage.

The position involves 24-hour in-house shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM, with responsibilities including unassigned patient rounding. There are no clinic or outpatient obligations. The role requires handling approximately two phone consults and seeing one patient per day, along with one admission daily. The facility has 380 beds and operates as a Level II trauma center, using Athena and Cerner EMR systems.
