Details/Requirements for Assignment #108277:
-- Active Wisconsin license required
-- Must have Clinic and OR experience
-- Clinic Monday – Friday, with procedures
-- Patients per day: Clinic – 25, Hospital – 4, Surgeries – 5-7
-- Patient Ratios: 90% Adult, 5% Peds, 5% Trauma
-- Work Load: Clinic 80%, Hospital 20%
-- Ongoing coverage need, willing to take multiple providers
