Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. As an APP at Spine Colorado, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing spine-related conditions using both non-surgical and surgical techniques. You will work closely with our team of specialists to deliver high-quality care to our patients, helping them achieve better spine health and an improved quality of life. In addition to base pay, Spine Colorado provides a productivity incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

- Directly provide non-surgical interventions or referrals to other care providers as appropriate

- Refer patients for surgical intervention as appropriate

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

- Educate patients about spine health and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay current with the latest developments in spine care

Qualifications:

- Current Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license in the state of Colorado (or able to obtain one)

- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- Previous experience in orthopedics, neurology, physiatry, or related field preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to patient-centered care

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Compassion and empathy for patients
