New Urgent Care Facilities are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
The practice serves a diverse patient population ranging from 6 months to geriatrics. Onsite support includes a Medical Assistant and a Radiology Tech team, though the provider works mostly solo. Responsibilities include examining and treating patients, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays, treating minor injuries, recording progress notes, educating and counseling patients, administering vaccinations, and referring patients for additional care. COVID testing is also part of the services offered.
