Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider Locums Job in South Carolina | Ongoing Coverage

Schedule Needed:
--Rotating shifts: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am-8pm; Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm.
--Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday 8am-8pm.
--Weeks then rotate.

Assignment Details/Requirements (#107215):
--Board Certification is required
--Active South Carolina license is required
--BLS certification is required
--Need Clean background for temp privileges
--Local provider (driving distance) is required
--40-75 patients per day; 5 exam rooms; 1 mid-level per day; No supervision
--EMR: Experity
