Position Overview:

(Login for Information)’s Regional Wound & Hyperbaric Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient clinical facility. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic, highly-skilled wound care team. Work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established wound care team that is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care to our patients and community.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provision of comprehensive wound care assessments and treatments to patients.
  • Utilization of advanced wound dressings and techniques to promote healing.
  • Control of bacteria growth through appropriate management strategies.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate vascular, diagnostic, and interventional procedures such as: sharp debridement of wounds, application of skin grafts/substitutes.
  • Utilization of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for wound healing.
  • Working with the team to follow evidence-based, clinically proven treatments & guidelines to achieve wound healing.

Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Experience in wound care or related specialty preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care.
