Job Description
- An advanced practice provider is needed for a solid acute care experience
- Work Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM rotate weekends
- Current New York State Registration as a physician assistant or family nurse practitioner
- Five years of experience in a clinical setting with inpatient, emergency department or care coordination experience
- Candidate should understand and adhere to Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors
- Demonstrate leadership skills including collaboration and negotiation
- Patient engagement training preferred
